Do the VistaVitamins have all the calcium, iron, b12 and multi that we need?

I just ordered the carnie wilson's vistavitamins and was wondering if that was all the vitamins we need.. it didn't seem like there was a lot of calcium in them. Please let me know. Thanks in advance for you response
