I have Cigna HMO in Houston, Tx - need help with tummy tuck

I had my surgery with Aetna HMO in 2001 and now my company is with Cigna HMO and I am having problems getting approval for the tummy tuck that Aetna would have paid for as a followup. Has anyone been approved through Cigna HMO for a tummy tuck. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!
