Look like I am going to have to self pay (In MEXICO!) Will my ins pay for

complications? Should I not tell ins company that I have surgery? I just wouldn't be able to afford getting sick once Im home! Any advice would be helpful on Mexico (Dr. Aguirre) and Insurance coverage afterwards! Thanks
