Looking for financing ideas

I am going to Dr. Aguirre in Mexico ($6900.) and am looking at options of financing. I have only been to one bank and they will only give me $3500 at 20% intrest! Thats nuts!! I have good credit but don't own a home! And the other factor is that I am only 23 and they say my credit history isn't long enough....ANY SUGGESTIONS???
