Can anyone recommend a PS in Bakersfield/Fresno area?

After seeing a PS, jumping through insurance hoops, getting approval for a TT and scheduling a date, I just had the rug pulled out from under me. I received a letter from my PS today stating that they were cancelling all insurance contracts effective 4/22. My surgery is not scheduled until 5/16 so I think this means me. I guess I'm on the hunt for a new PS. As I am moving to the Bakersfield area at the end of this month, if anyone knows a qualified PS in that area (I'm willing to drive further if needed) that takes Blue Shield PPO please send me your referral. I'm also looking for a PCP in that area so I'd love to know if anyone can recommend theirs. Thanks.
