Does anyone who has had the RNY surgery take Prednisone?

I have my first appointment with the surgeon in April. I take Prednisone every day due to non functonal Adrenal glands. I am worried that Prednisone might irritate the pouch. I would any input from someone who takes permanent Steriod Therapy. Thank You.
