My ins. has procedure code as 43846

The sample appeal letter on here states that it should be 43847 ...but ins has it as 43846. Is this because I am having laproscopic Rny? Also she didn't say anything about diagnosis code...should I ask what it is? I JUST WANT TO GET APPROVED!! Grrr....Please help!
