Could this be a panni rash?

Please pardon me if this is a bit distasteful. I'm a nearly 7 month post-op, with a lot of loose skin. I have had an itchy rash in the groin area; right above my pubis. I was thinking it was yeast-related, since I was on some antibiotic recently; but now I've been wondering if this is the type of rash many posties get in the "apron" area. If so, should I see a doctor, if for no other reason than to document it for future plastic surgery consideration? Anyone got a suggestion about how to treat it? Cranberry juice used to do it for me, but doesn't seem to now.
