Are men's pouch sizes bigger than womens?

I am 12 days post op nd started at 500 pounds. I have read about women who can only eat 2-3 bites and they are full. That is not the case at all for me, I can eat a full 4-5 ounces pretty easily. I also seem to be able to drink liquids about the same rate as I used to. I am on soft foods now but have eaten some chicken breast, meatloaf, fish, etc. I am just wondering alsoif maybe I was given a bigger pouch because I started out so big or what?
