PLASTIC SURGEON--PITTSBURGH, PA

I need help! Does anyone know of a plastic surgeon in the Pittsburgh, PA area that has had success with getting insurance companies to pay for tummy tuck? Also, I want to have tummy tuck, breast lift and implants done at the same time. I went to a PS and he said that he could get the tummy tuck approved and that he could do all three procedures at once. Well, guess what? He couldn't get my tummy tuck approved and now he is saying that he can not do the procedures at the same time. So, I'm back to square one, looking for a plastic surgeon and then getting a referral from family doctor. 3 months worth of work down the drain. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
