My PCP thinks I may have Mono.

Has anyone here had Mono after WLS? I know that Mono effects your liver and after WLS surgery your liver has to work harder. My PCP says he thinks it is from losing weight quickly and being run down. Does that sound right? Any advise would be helpful. Thanks
