I would like to ask if anyone else has pain when passing gas?

When I pass gas it hurts inside, it feels like my intestines are going to burst. I had rny June 23 2000. I have lost 130 lbs. and feel good other than the gas apin and I have gas a lot. Anyone else have gas and have a suggestion on how to relieve it. Thanks
