Is any one out there 2yrs or longer post op?

Have you kept the wt off and are there any long term side effects? Anyone regret having the surgery or was it the best decision you ever made? please give pos and neg feedback. I am considering the surgery but are having some doubts and hope the doubts can be pushed out of my mind.
