Ever since I have gotten home when I sleep I get a burning pain right below my tummy

on the right side. It is were my stomach and my leg meet. I have talked to the Dr. about it and they said that they do not know what it is and that they are not too concerned about it. I do not have any leaks so I am not concerned about that, but I was wondering if it might be a nerve or something. If anyone else has had anything like this please let me know!
