I am in the Houston, Tx. area and saw a plastic surgeon and had a consultation with him. I really liked him as a surgeon but his office staff is a different story. They have said they would keep in touch with me and follow up on insurance issues ect. well its been over 6 months and I have yet to hear from them. Is it common for doctors to do this when a patient is looking to get it covered thru their insurance? Should I start looking for another surgeon?
