Does these amounts seem right?
Hello, friends. I am five months post-op today and I just mapped out a meal plan for myself to follow. I totaled up the calories, fat, net carbs and protein and here are the numbers I came up with: Calories: 1032.5; Fat: 42.75; Carbs: 84; Protein: 79.5. Do these numbers seem right? I want to make sure that I'm on track. Those calories seem like a lot to me. I am also getting 76 oz. of water/crystal light and one caffeine free/diet soda per day. I plan on starting the "Walk Away the Pounds" workout tonight and doing it five days per week. I have lost 82 pounds so far. What does everyone think? Hugs, ~Kristy (lap rny 9/18/03 -320/238/168)
