Patients of Dr. Paul Wizman in Margate Florida, I have a question!

I have completed my file with Dr. Wizman's office and they were supposed to be sending off my paperwork for insurance approval. I called Dr. Wizman's office yesterday and they said that Dr. Wizman wants to see me in his office again due to a "situation" with my physcological evaluation. I went through a physc. eval. with Dr. Moorehead's office in Ft. Lauderdale and it was smooth sailing. They wanted to find out whether or not I was able to make a decision about bariatric surgery and if I understood the risks. I have absolutely no previous mental condition; I have never been hospitalized for mental illness or have never attempted suicide. I am on Zoloft for depression, but who isn't!! In fact this is the 2nd physc. eval. that I have had with the exact same person (about 2 years ago). What could Dr. Wizman want to see me for? Has anyone ever had this happen. I am really worried. I have been attempting to get this surgery for over 2 years now. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your advice.
