Has any one had Illinois public aid to pay for their WLS?

I have Illinois Public Aid medical card. I have been told that they will pay and that they wont pay does any one have a straight answer. I am about180 pounds over weight, but dont have alot of health problems except for leg and back pain and depression. Can any one tell me where to turn.
