HAS ANYONE HAD A TISSUE RELOCATION PROCEDURE?

Im not sure of what it's called, but I heard they can relocate the fat and tissues from your abdomen and place it in your breast. If I were to have anything done to my breast and tummy, that is exactly what I would want to do. I don't want implants.
