How to go about

I would love some comments on how others have gone about "feeding the rest of the family". I am a pre-op LapBand stay at home mom who will have to continue to feed my two small children (hubby can fend for himself.. ha ha) after surgery! I am concerned about the temptation of the food I'm feeding them (mostly during the 1st 3 weeks of liquids).... anyone else dealing with this???
