Detailed Post op Diet for 4 months?

Someone on this site at one time had emailed me a link for someone who had a detailed, day by day, post op diet for the first 4 months. I know every one is different but I liked haivng a day by day post op diet that worked for someone. I would like for a detailed post op diet link to this if anyone knows of it. If not can you share with me your exact post op diet (not just "protein shake" but name brand and exact measurements). Thanks.
