What recipies do you have for tuna fish?

I have never been a tuna fish fan until after surgery. I am almost 7 months post-op and enjoy eating tuna about twice a week. I would enjoy hearing how some of you fix your tuna. I'm especially interested in recipies that aren't your typical "tuna salad" (since we can't really eat pasta). :)
