Drainage on incision begins 11 days post op, should I worry?

I have drainage requiring changing dressings 4 or 5 times daily. Went to ER and the "squeezed" fluids from incision, put me on anti-biotics...still draining...pinkish fluid, no fever...will it stop soon?
