Tanita Bio-Electrical Impedence Body Fat Analysis - please help

I am a year post op (12/18/01) and down to apx 150-152 it fluctuates...My goal weight is 140 but then I wanted to have a tummy tuck so that will probably take off another 10 pnds which will put me where I need to be. My question is this, I had the body fat test done and my reading was 17.2%, the trainer said that was low and that the normal range is 21-33%, but she said not to worry, just dont go below 15% my question is this, how am i to acheive my goal weight, and not lose any more fat ???? is anyone else out there with the same status?? What is more important to look for, weight, bmi or body fat or all of them??? thanx for your help
