Are these as good for weight loss as the powders that you mix. I have not been able

to drink the mixes. The smell alone gags me. The Extreme Pure Protein drinks have 42 gr of Ion Exchange Whey Protein, no fat, no added sugar. 0 carbs and 170 calories. I don't like the taste of them they are so sweet and bitter at the same time, but at least I can get them down.
