Saggy and baggy removal approval???? Aetna PPO?

Has ANYONE been approved for a lower body lift (stomach, thighs and butt), breast reduction and lift, and arm skin removal from AETNA PPO?? It's open enrollment time and I need to know what to go with in order to get the plastic surgery ball rolling. HELP ME PLEASE!! :) Thanks!
