Did anyone have trouble with scar tissue?

My doctor said it took so long for my laproscopic Roux-n-y because of massive scar tissue from a previous gall bladder removal. One week after surgery I could eat things, now my stomach won't tolerate solids and even water can make my stomach hurt and upset. I am getting concerned I may have scar tissue forming inside my little stomach and possibly restricting the stoma. Any ideas?
