Help I can not stop Snacking

I am 11 months Post-Op and can not stop eating junk food. I know it is bad for me. I have lost 95lbs. But I am so worried I am going to gain it back. I eat chips, candy cracker, popcorn with no problem. Just today I was able to finish a small cheesebuger from watherbuger, is that normal or have I made my pouch bigger.
