Has anyone had the lap band done with Dr. Srikanth (Tacoma WA)?

I am searching for a doctor in Seattle to do a Lap-Band. I was told that Dr. Srikanth who works with Dr. Ross Fox's office in Tacoma does these surgeries, not Dr. Fox. Has anyone had any experience with the Lap-Band and this Doctor? Any information would be appreciated.
