Has anyone used home health care for thier recovery process?

I am scheduled for surgery Ausust 20th 2001. My family has decided that they have no room for me at thier house and can not take care of me. They also think I should be okay after only 1 or 2 days. I am left with the only option of home health care, which will hopefully be covered by insurance. Has anyone had or heard of using home healthcare entirely for the recovery process? Comments please!
