What exactly is a saiety disorder?

How can one tell whether they have a saiety disorder or an obsessive-compulsive disorder? I understand that the saiety disorder is physical and not psychological, so is there a bloodtest or something to test for it? Is there any treatment for it? And if someone has it, how would it effect the outcome of WLS?
