I bought fat free mayo that is loaded with sugar, is regular better?
Since I am on puree foods for another two days, I was going to make some egg salad. I bought the Kraft Light Mayo, used 1 tsp with one finely chopped egg and upon tasting it I thought seemed sweet. When I checked the label sugar is listed third. Looking at the regular Hellman's label no sugar is listed at all but it has twice the fat. Which better suits our needs for RNY? I am noticing that low fat sometimes means higher sugar.
