Are there post ops out there who have a decreased appetite during

I had my surgery last October and have not had a chance to experience this problem. Even pre op, my appetite decreased with the summer heat. Since it is starting to get hot now, I'm not as hungry as before. Do you graze during the extreme heat? What do you eat to try and keep you nutrition at an optimum. I'm at a point now of being so fed up with food, I don't know what to do. I just don't want to compromise my health by not eating.
