Is 7 months post op too soon to have a breast reduction?

I have lost 116 pounds so far with 54 more to go. My bra size has gone from a tight 48G to a loose 44G. My shoulders and back are killing me from the weight. I have been talking to my primary care doctor about a breast reduction but is it too soon? Should I wait until I am all done loosing weight? I'm afraid if I loose too much up there the insurance company won't cover the surgery!
