CR - Anyone go to Costa Rica for plastic surgery?

Since the costs in the United States are so prohibitive, I am currently researching plastic surgery out of the United States. Costa Rica is one place that I am researching. I have heard from 2 people (not from this board) who were pleased with results from their procedures there, but I'm trying to find out as much info as possible.
