Has anyone else lost so much wieght that their spine shows, but still heavy in abdome
I have lost all but 25 pounds of my goal, but can't seem to loose in my abdomen. My collar bone is fully exposed, you can count my vertebrae, I can feel my hips, but still have a large belly and my legs are still heavy. I am down to 145 but haven't lost in a couple of month. I walk, do strength training, and exercise 3 days a week focusing on my abs. Any suggestions?
