HOw long did it take for you to get an appt and how long did it take to have the surg

I am looking for people who have had surgery with Dr. Buckwald at the U of M /fairveiw hospital in mn,also would like to know how long did it take to firdt consult with him and then how long that did it take to have the surgery.
