150 cm?`

I seem to remember the surgeon saying he bypasses 150 (now heres where I don't remember whether he said cm, meters, feet, inches etc? haha....But when I asked him what he would call his surgery type since I read all these different terms on this site, he said his would be called distal. DOes this sound crazy?? Well I will ask him next week.
