How easy it is to swallow those large multivitamins?

This is my first time on the A&Q, I saw my surgeon and now I am waiting for the insurance. But it seems everything has to be chewed uo so well how well do these horse pills go down? The ones I take now are so big.Thanks, Cathy Bernal
