What about high dose oral steroids and WLS?

I have been on prednisone continuously for the past five years (between 120 and 10 mg./day) and wonder if anyone else has been on this much for this long. How was it affected by WLS? Was anyone able to totally eliminate oral steroids? My surgeon thinks I can get off totally.
