Can tissue from the tummy be relocated to the breast?

I just had my surgery in October of '99 and I am begining to think about having a tummy tuck and breast "job" done. I want to keep my body as natural as possible. I want to know if the tissue from the tummy can be relocated to the breast? I have heard of lipo-suction relocating tissue.
