What to expect for pre-op tests?

My surgery date has been set for February 15 with Dr. Hahn in Orange, TX for an open RNY. My pre-op tests are scheduled for the prior thursday and I was wondering if anybody could clue me in on what to expect. All I was told was to report at 7am and don't drink or eat after 10pm the night before.
