Would you do it again? Thighplasty & Butt Lift

I've scheduled plastic surgery to remove excess skin on my thighs and butt. I have a LOT of excess skin - one of the plastic surgeons that I talked to about it said that he had never seen anybody with that much excess skin on their butt and thighs! So, I think that I would be happier without the flapping skin, but . . . The doctor will do it in one surgery - approximately 8 hours worth. I'm getting cold feet here - anybody out there been through this and would you do it again?
