i'm a litte over 4 weeks and I too can eat what i want. why?

My surgeon told me that i can eat anything i want to eat at my 4week check up. So yes, i have had pizza and other foods like that.. it didnt hurt me but now i dont see myself losing as much as i did the first 3weeks of post op.. although, i did have a medical condition that didnt allow me to eat or drink anything....what should i do...
