Looking for anyone that has been approved with CIGNA Open Access

I am trying to get approval for WLS, and have CIGNA Open Access in Texas. I have heard there are several criteria you must meet prior to even submitting for acceptance. I have read horror stories about CIGNA. Is there anyone with tips that may make my process easier.
