Breast implants and TT

I had a TT and breast implants 10 days ago at the same time as a hernia repair. My question is when others have had the implants, did they have to fall into place or did you just come out and they were already inplace? My surgeon palces them a little high and with massage and time they fall into a pocket and form out there. Also, there is quite a bit of swelling at both sights, breast and tummy. How many weeks does it usually take for the swelling to subside. And I have no feeling all across my tummy, will feeling ever return or just some of it? Everything seems to be healing properly. I know it could be months but I'm just curious as to about how long it has taken others.
