Does anyone feel hungry all the time?

I'm 4 weeks post-op Lap RNY. Due to some complications with a stricture, I'm still on a liquid diet. I cannot begin to say how hungry I am...to the point that I'm miserable and maybe getting depressed. Is this normal? Am I really hungry or do I think I'm hungry? I feel actual pangs in my stomach and everything. Can someone help?
