I just had my gallbladder removed

I just had my gallbladder removed a week ago. It was done lap. But I am having pain with one of the incisions. It feels like burning sensation and spasming and the incision is sinking in. Does this sound like a hernia. Should i worry about it? The pain from it last night was so bad I took a pain pill.
