Can you suggust a small (in size) pill for pain that will not hurt our pouch?

I am having surgery tomorrow morning arm lift and breast implants. I will be a year out from open WLS in 4 days. The problem is the only pill I have taken since then is the Iron pill. I still take the chewable Vits. I always had a hard time swallowing pills before surgery so I stayed with the chewables after. sorry rambling. Anyway the liquid I was gave after WLS I took one time it was wayyyy to strong for me. made me dizzy, snow white,sweaty. Any suggustion of what I can ask for that is the same size as a Iron pill or smaller??? Thanks
