BCBS Approval

I was wondering if there is anyone with BCBS of NC (Blue Care)that has had their TT,Breast lift approved? Just went to plastic surgeon yeaterday and was wondering what to expect.I have lost 198 pounds and do have documentation of rashes.Just wondered if they were hard to get an approval from. 1-3-03rny 315/117 Thanks
